Last week I gave you the whopping big statistic that placebos are effective in 95% of cases.

If you missed it – there it is.

Incredible, huh?

Let’s translate that. If you believe that you can be well, you can be. Mentally, physically, emotionally.

Dr Joe Dispenza, a neuro scientist, spends his life educating the world on beliefs, their power and the manifestation of them. And he should know. After being run over by a truck during a triathlon, breaking 6 vertebrae and being told he would never walk again – he was back on his feet in two weeks.

He made the promise that if he overcame his injuries, then he would spend the rest of his life proving to everyone just how powerful the mind really is.

I think he proved that the second he started walking again.

Another belief believer and scientist is Bruce Lipton. He studies cellular biology and tells us two things; our cells are a product of our environment and that genes are only accountable for 2%.

I think that’s another statistic that really needs to sink in… because after that, what excuses do we have if we’re not able to blame our genes. The environment, which could be external. But think of this, your cells sit in an environment that is YOU. Your body. Of which is impacted by the mind.

It has also been proven that our body thrives best in an alkaline state.

It has also been proven that emotions contribute to our acid/ alkaline balance. Negative emotions such as anger, produce acid in the body.

Emotions are caused by thoughts which are shaped by our beliefs.

Wow. Does this stuff not blow your mind?

Does this not tell you that we have real control over just how healthy our bodies are not just by what we put into it and what we do with it but by what we’re saying to it, experiencing with it and feeding it metaphorically?

Ready for that realisation?
